Yes, it is a fake registrant. I have called Baidu.com company to confirm it. They said they didn't own baidu.mobi. I think it will be not a long time that the baidu.mobi will redirect to other sites.

Baidu.mobi is known as an sucessful example of mobi registrations in China during TM period.

(0) The current registrant is not the original one of baidu.mobi. It is only created at the time Created On:08-Jan-2007 06:26:07 UTC. Check the registrant ID in http://whois.mtld.mobi/index.php.
(1) The registrant ([email protected]) is not for Baidu.com, but it may be an employee of dns.com.cn. It should be [email protected].
(2) The tel of registrant is also not for baidu, but it is the contact tel for dns.com.cn.
(3) The Address is wrong, baidu is not at No.18,Zhongguancun East Rd.
(4) Post code is wrong: it should be 100080.
(5) DNS is wrong too, baidu doesn't use ns1.dns.com.cn but use ns1.baidu.com. [check the baidu.com/baidu.cn/baidu.com.cn]

^^ Good research. If this is the case, I fully support you to convince baidu.com taking action on this. DNS.com.cn should also be notified of this employee. Two things I can hardly agree on this:
1. TM violation
2. Maluse of the advantage as a registrar employee.
