I agree with Apprich. Sometimes, unless you are in absolute love with the name, it is better to sell and use the funds to get at reseller prices more names of similar class.

If you sold baav for $4.1K, you could have bought 5-7 names of similar quality and multiply your chances of getting great offers...

I am also from Gujarat, India. So I know little meaning of your name as well.

Baav = Little Baby (Boy/Girl)

Baav does not mean Price. Bhav means price. In Textbook Gujarati BHAV means Price. I am not aware of different dialect.

Gujarat population is more than 60 Million and easily 30-40 Million living outside Gujarat. This is name is meaningful to close to 100 Million people which is huge number my friend. Try to develop it because you know eCommerce market is on rise in India.

India will be next booming market for sure because very very less people knew about Domain market. India is growing in Internet Market as well so sooner or later it will be huge market. Highest Users on Flippa comes from India.

Any Given Day Baav is better than CUUZ simply because there are thousands of meaningful name has "AA" vs "UU" in between names very very rare. "AA", "EE", "OO" still meaningful but not "UU" and "II" . We are talking about English Grammar meaningful name or can be meaningful name.
