I like it are there any Tm issues? If not I would contact those companies that have developed on the name in other extensions and offer them a face list. But check for Tm first. My guess is that's where you would get the best return

Doesn't seem to be any trademarks for AVITS

I've contacted a few of the developed sites, lets see what happens.
