I am cuious about this domain since it is more than one city with varied populations

Nice domain although "Realtor" is not quite as common as "Realty". This would obviously be an ideal domain for any independent Auburn based realtor.

Edit: confirmed as per below appears possible TM issues. Needs further analysis.

I confirmed realtor is a trademarked term even though it is generic just like tabasco

If you look at all the trademarks that contain tabasco you will see that there all owned by one company, McIlhenny Company. You would have a hard time convincing them tabasco is generic
