ARGlasses.pro : I personally would not buy as the extension does not seem to properly match the prefix.
OLP.io : could become valuable in future. The .io extension seems to be favoured by many app designers. Not sure if it's worth anything now though.

I personally would not buy either now, and I can only base my appraisal on my own judgement so I would say reg fee for both
