Site review

Hi. First of all, the template looks good. The colours and borders looks good. I think you need to make the font the same everywhere. Second, the arcade games look good. Third, near the Arcade Town banner link there is a _. You need to fix it so there is not line near it. Fourth, you might want to make a forum for your site.

EDIT: I looked at the code and I think that line is part of the image.

EDIT: I don't know how to change all the fonts to have the same size

hmm.. a arcade site... The layout is pretty neat and pleasant but there is still some problems..

1. I think you shouldnt use dark GREEN for your layout, arcade site is where you play games and have fun but your green layout is just too dull and boring, it doesnt suit the arcade theme, try to use bright colors like red, blue.

2. Your top banner need some work, it is just texts and nothing else. Add in some related images into your banner to make it attractive.

3. Grey is not a fun color for the border around the table

Thanks for the review kindigo! I notice that when you use FF the border is grey and pops out when using IE the border is black and flat.

In firefox you have a few display isues, you should see what I mean if you boot firefox up and poke around the site.

The dark green is overwhelming and does not relate to either the arcade genre [fun bright exuberance!] or a user's stereotypical view of newyork. It does look reasonably familiar though, which brings me to DMOZ. Your site uses the traditional dark green with blue links and default text theme, which while pleasingly familiar, is also a little out of place on the website.

Overall, its a workable layout, but not engaging. With a little colour update and some table work [for firefox mostly] the layout will be in top form.

Truthful opinion 7/10. Why? Get rid of that dark green. Introduce a new yerk style background then it will be a proper new york arcade and it would look great :D

Plus also firefox is giving me display issues, i don't know about anyone else p.s i check sites in firefox and internet explorer see if they look ok becuase, i figure i do it for my own why not others too.

With those changes i'd give it an 8/10 then.

I changed the colors again. I just need to get a banner. I already have one in mind is a nyc backdrop with the words "New York Arcade" with 2 arcade machines on either side of the banner.

I don't think you should ever use standard html table borders. If you need a border, customize it with css so it doesn't look "default" and "old-fashioned".
