Hey guys have received one offer of $120 USD for ghost.mobi. Looking to get $150 USD for it. Are my expectations correct?

I had a decision to make recently with similar numbers.
Decided to sell and am glad to have closed the deal and moved on.
Market is lower then ever right now, could be a couple years before you get another offer above $xx. Looks like it was just regged so $120 would be a nice flip.
Use the cash to buy some more names and flip them too
