there are scripts that will create sites for you. however, you're getting into more of the blackhat seo stuff when you try to linkfarm & scrape sites. i'd back off this route if you want your sites to stay indexed. google removes these sites once they see they are scraped. if this isnt what you're asking then.... oops.. not sure what you were asking then!
