domain Appraisal Question

I recently bought Kaufen.co.uk Now Kaufen I believe is the German word for "to buy." How does everyone feel about mixing strong keywords with foreign extensions? How does it hurt value? What would you appraise the above domain at?

Well I have seen it happen with some .coms where a group will use a .dot to market a certain country of peaple. For example Shaadi.com is an Indian Marriage dating site targeted towards the Indian community. So I was thinking you can brand Germans in the UK, or someone can.

This is true that .com is the standard. Which is why I am wondering if it would work with other strong extensions at sometime.
