Look around you can probably find a buyer... Good keywords... Good extension.. Hyphenated drops value a bit... I would say to look for something around low-mid $XXX maybe more if you can find the right baseball "fanatic" :P

I'd think there are obvious TM issues.. Boston might be a bit touchy about this one..

As far as a fan site goes , I wouldn't worry about the Trademark Issues so much. IMO , With sports teams etc ... You have to worry more about making sure any products sold or advertised on your site have Full Rights and are licensed. The keywords are good , But I still don't see an immediate market for hyphenated names , They are simply not easy to market as such.

Yeah, I dont think there will be any worry about TM issues as long as u make a fansite (I have loads of them). Low $xx undeveloped resale value though.
