Good search domains are hard to come by these days I know. It's not unusable and I've seen worse, but on the whole I would avoid investing in three word domains. Valuewise, around $20 resale for the domain. BTW, this name sounds very close to Search411.Com which is also a PPC engine.

Building the PPC engine on it is a goodway to realize a profit though. As a developed site you could likely fetch $300+ even without established traffic.
