domain Apexxsystems.com Appraisal Requested

I picked up this domain recently but it's an aged domain name.

A person has been contacting me to buy this domain and they have registered apexxsystems.net just this month.

They want to pay less than $1,000. I've asked them for more but they aren't budging.

What do you think? Should I sell or should I hold out?

I like the name!

With almost all domain transactions, I would recommend not accepting the first offer you are given. Unless it seems that you are at risk of losing the transaction, always see if you can politely ask for more.
