Anyway my web designer sent me this,
You will need to make the changes in Flash to them from here on out.
It is in the Flash source files that were uploaded to your server.

how do i do this i ahve no clue

First, anything done in flash cannot be properly indexed in the search engines (without using a certain algorithm that lay people will not use), so only parts of the site should be flash, and the rest html. With flash updates, make the changes to the flash file (the red icon file with the f, not the .swf). When the changes are completed, you must export the files as a .swf. It's the swfs that are uploaded to the server.
