Any Remote Banner Rotation Service ?

Hello everybody,

I know that there are lots of Ad Rotation scripts available. But, is there any remotely hosted service available ?

Like, i register on the website and specify the ad-codes to be rotated and in return, they provide me with a code that i can place on my site so that all the ads that i specified are rotated ?

Is there something like this available ?

But, what i ask is whether an online service like that exists...
Because, i'm planning to create one like that...
