I used to use them, they were pretty good, just don't use them anymore since I have paid hosting now.

if they are free just test them out. Any one here could give you there opnion on what there like but its what you think of your host that matters

They shut my account (it had lots of stuff on it) down in a month because their server couldn't host me... they offer the bandwidth they don't even have?

My 2 cents? Don't use 'em.
