- piensasolutions.com has 2 domains at 1 euro. If you buy the .com, .net or .org and .es is available they will give you the .es for free. The same applies otherwise, if you buy .es you will get .com, .net or .org for free if available. You can transfer the .es elsewhere afterwards and ditch the .com or sell it if you don't need it.

- strato.es has a 2 year deal at 0.96 euro +VAT first year and 4.20 euro +VAT 2nd year. You can transfer out, but you'll still have to pay 2nd year if you do so. Still compared to other providers you get 2 years at the price of one.

There's probably more, but I guess these will do.

I believe Strato only accepts credit card, but PiensaSolutions accepts Paypal.
