highland trail could be worth something if developed as a site for hill walkers: tips, maps, B&Bs, community etc.

Don't see anything else, unfortunately.

IMO clickhousing sounds good and could be brandable but it's .org so if it's not for profit use it's OK...
I don't see much value in the others though

end user? an end user will pay more than $xx for anything. if you can find an end user.

highlandtrail.com is good. it might be worth something to these guys http://www.highlandtrail.co.uk definately more than $xx. mid xxx at least. looks like they spent a few $ to develop the .co.uk

i think cardiogram.co.uk may be worth something one day. keep an eye on the .com, if it sells try to contact the buyer. hold onto it for now.
