Hi All, I have a website that I would like some input on. How appealing is the design? Easy to use? As a test let me know how easy it was to find a wedding photographer in Toronto, Ontario?

Well, the theme is pretty well done. Nice clean design.

I do, however, have a few comments.

1. I don't know what browsers you are using to check your work, but there are some issues at the bottom of the page in FF 2.0.0.8 and IE 6.0. In fact, it seems to all come apart in IE. The problems in FF are minor (the green box streaming the forum content is jacked up). If you need screenshots, let me know.

2. I'm not even from Canada but this text seemed a bit confusing from a geographic standpoint: "Brides! It's time to look for the perfect Toronto wedding cakes, wedding photographers, wedding invitations and then plan your wedding honeymoon. Our wedding directory has all the Ontario and Vancouver wedding vendors."

At first it seems like this site is about Toronto. Then suddenly you are talking about Vancouver.

3. In your forum, make sure you aren't using the google ads in your header. That is against the adsense TOS and you can have your account yanked.

The gray text on the white background makes it difficult to read.
The header needs to be a bit more bold, it washes out along with the, navigation links on the left hand side.

I would move the google ads from the center of the page above the results when looking for the photographers in Toronto.

I kept having to determine what was content (that 99%) of visitors will be looking for & what was advertising. A bit cluttered in that regard.

I really like the main picture, simple elegant.
Simplify the main body of the site, or push the ads to the left & right sides of the page as you have a lot of open space on each side.

"Chat with us now" link is not active (maybe only at certain times?)

On the wedding vendor questions page every link leads you back to the homepage except one (photographers). When you do get to the page with questions to ask the photographers you might want to place a little explanation or helpful tip as to what to expect from these questions. (i.e. How long after we choose our photos will we receive the prints/albums? give the reader a general guideline as what to expect the answer to be).

None of the links from the wedding cake gallery link out to anything (might not be enabled yet?)

Some of the images that you are using on the site are excellent I would accentuate those, make them larger & let the text flow around them.

You should be able to tell how popular the videos are on the site from google analytics, if they are not being hit much I would ditch them.

Sorry it's a little disjointed, I jotted notes as I clicked around. Overall a very nice site, you have. Some of the comments might be a null point depending upon what stage in the development you are at.
