are there any offers on .com registration going on? I saw in Dynadot we can get .com for $6.99
is there any place cheaper than that?

uk2.net the cheapest, at $1.37 apart from Godaddy ( for US customers only ). If you are from Europe, Nominalia is the cheapest at $1.18

I find that this link is helpful for researching the lowest prices for registrations, renewals and transfers:

Just replace the last bit of the string in the URL with whatever extension you are looking for.

eg:

https://tldes.com/net
https://tldes.com/org
https://tldes.com/info

and then filter for lowest price

There may be other sites or services that provide similar comparisons, but this is the one I have been using recently.
