Read More.MHG IP Holding Pte. Ltd. is a luxury resort company based in Singapore. They went after the domain AnantaEnclave.com, claiming that the “Ananta” part is too close to their Anantara brand.
In the UDRP, the Complainant claims that the triangular logo, combined with the almost matching brand (Ananta/Anantara) and the web site content’s focus, are all signs of attempted dilution of their IP rights by the Respondent.
