Just a heads up....since the name was reg'd April 5 you won't be able to do a change of registrant for 60 days from then. Those are CIRA rules, not the registrars.
Just thought I would mention it to prevent any potential probs.
Doesn't mean you can't sell it, you just won't be able to change ownership right away...

Thanks for that. This applies to .com as well I assume. My understanding is that the domain can be pushed to another account but the new owner cannot complete full registration until the 60 days are up.

No there will be no transfer problem unless it is another registrar other than GoDaddy. i have transferred other .ca names to other GD accounts within days of acquiring it. there is no issue.
