There is definatley something wrong here.

Check the whois record. It mentions the "whois privacy protection service", blah, blah, blah and looks pretty official and even the email address looks official: "[email protected]". However when you go to www.whoisprivacyprotect.com its just a parked page and doesn't appear to be anything else - I may be wrong but I don't think so.

Even if someone does buy, its just useless if they take the name back from you. If you think you can make money via ppc engine from it during the time they investigate the fraud. Think again. Its a terrible traffic name :P
