Three words, each has some at first blush appeal ... Reg. fee+/+ - $42.50+ / Reg. fee - Reg. fee+, respectively IMHO.

Much better potential $$$ if former is developed and latter forwarded to it and promoted separately in the S/E's (recommend utilizing the 301 forward in this case, in my view). Discussion regarding most recent news topics permeates throughout most Forums and Blogs, so would be good as a stand-alone, in my view.

very nice name with high developement potential, so my suggestion is make it a blog or a forum talking about latest around ..

and the value will increase automatically
