I was going to create a directory and help site with this domain but do not have the time (or the skills) needed to make it the site I envisioned. I've posted it for sale on a few forums but was wanting some opinions from the experts on what it's worth (if anything).
Traffic wise it doesn't get a LOT of traffic (only been online 3 months and has little to know promoting) but it has almost doubled every month since I put it online.
