Afternic Commission Issue

Hello Guys.

I sold domain via Afternic. I used their nameserves but I actually sold the domain with custom checkout link.

The domain has been sold 2100 USD but my payout is showing 1680 USD.

Is this correct? Because as far as i know if you use checkout link the commission is 5%

(Theoretically, it could have been bought by someone else. Next time remove the public BIN first. )

Most probably that happened. It was listed with BIN price. So probably he just entered the domain name and purchased.

Next time you send a checkout link for an external sale, temporarily delete the BIN price first.

so he googled yourdomain.com and found your site with a contact form instead of just typing yiurdomain.com into browser and going to afternic bin lander???? wellfock me sideways

and let me guess your contact form on your site asks for whatsup number but not for email?

or in any other words..maybe this whole dilemma u have in this thread and why he used bin not link cause he never got your link... cause guess what..

The problem is that the process was frustrating because of Escrow. I was going to use SEDO but decided to use Afternic.

I think you did not read. I already contacted with the buyer previously and we tried Escrow. There are many platform that you can find buyer or they can find you.

I already his contact and we talked. I shared with him the link, that is all.

I created one checkout link for you.
