I plan on selling this domain and I am just wondering how much I should realistically list it for or expect to get.

It targets the advertising market with slight brandability in my opinion.

Hi,

Although it is pronouncable I do not think it does feel advertisy enough for me (as whole). If you would have Adwave (which is registered by the way) I would congratulate you, but adwav make much less sense IMHO. Since you want to sell it as brandable you might get low xxx if you find end user, but personaly I would not bet on it.
