Advise and suggestion on new gtld

Hi,
I bought maroc.menu approx 4 months ago, General Availability and it was not on the ICANN banned list below:
https://www.icann.org/sites/default/files/tlds/menu/menu-apd-list-05nov13-en.csv
2 days ago my registrar sent an email to notify me that my domain was reserved by registry. I tried to argue that my domain is not on the banned list. Also, I sent an email to registry to clarify and waiting for their feedback.
The question is? is my domain going to be grace delete and no extend or delete it by force.
At the moment domain is still exist and they will refund my money.
Did you guys have similar problem(s) like this before?
Your input would be greatly appreciated.

Which Registrar? Four months seems like a long time to then take it back??

Please keep up updated, sorry but i am not sure what to advise other than a phonecall and seeking a better explanation as to why this is happening at this point in time ??

Thanks It's name.com.when I asked where is the evidence.they said they've been contacted by the registry but no email. shouldn't registry contact me first to tell this domain is reserved both failed to notify me.

Sure sound fishy but there are many stories of people being screwed by registrars, like i said a phone call seems to work best in these situations, if not happy with the first result try go higher ??

Maybe I should contact ICANN and ask them who updated the list,they forgot to add maroc.menu on the csv list last year..

A direct list from them sounds handy, see if you are able to get one ?
