I bought Sex/Videos dot tv for around $500 and it's normal renewal fee.
Sex Videos gets much more global search volume than Adult Videos.
I think $500/yr for Adult/Videos dot tv is too high. You may renew it for another one year and keep reaching potential end users. If you can't find anyone, you may sell it for low - mid $xxx next year before it expires.
