I am curious how much you would appraise this for. If you do decide to post an appraisal, please explain why you appraised it at that value. I would like to develop it into a site selling eBooks/guides for maximizing Adsense profit. Let me know what you think its value is undeveloped and developed. Thanks.

Also, if you think Google would have a problem using Adsense in a domain, let me know. I have heard Google taking away domains with their name in it but it seems they are a bit more relaxed with using Adsense.
