Adding new fonts to photoshop

Hi there,

the fonts in photoshop i find are quite limiting so i was wondering where to add new fonts to. i know you go from

program files -> common files -> adobe -> fonts

but i dont know where to add them from there?

I guess you found the fonts dir in windows directory (in case of pc)

What i want to tell you is that fonts are loaded when windows boot and stay in memory. So the less fonts you have in that directory the more memory you'll have

There are also programs for fonts management that you can activate and disactivate pack of fonts
