Its a nice enough domain, although my main concern with it is the link between addiction and gambling. People who gamble rarely want to admit they have an addiction.

Of course you could aim it at this teaching people about gambling and addiction.

Still a reasonable 2 word .com

Not sure on value for this one to be honest, I can't see a great reseller value and would need to be targetted at the right end user to get the most from it.

I'd say more like $50-$120 as the words somewhat mesh but at the same time don't mesh perfectly. As a gambler I agree with holyroller in that gamblers don't like the word addictive or addicting since it can be a little shameful, but if it can be twisted and used as a gambling or "casino" addiction help website I think that's where the money could come from. Develop it into a little gambling addiction help mini-site and you could get someone to snag it for $100 or so IMO.

Working in the casino industry, I think its likely enough to hit a hot button for some players... taps right into the vein, as it were.
That said, I think johname is right about the potential downside to actually using it for that purpose. Might be perceived as predatory in nature.

Tough call on that one. Might have potential as a casino review site as well. The gambling addiction /support site is the other side of the coin.

If you want to do something twisted and gimmicky that might get the attention of digg or reddit, you could make both pages and give a 50/50 chance of getting either one when you hit the sites landing page.

Name itself is probably mid to upper xx.
