I think it will be cool to make a IPN type feature to accept NP$ on a website of yours, like a script site, designs, coding ect...

But of course this must be instant, and automated ....

Would be nice but can you think of all the abuse issues NO Staff would have?

Ya, I think its a good idea in concept, but not very practical. To begin with, I don't know how widely used it would be. I mean if you are going to offer something for NP $, then why not just offer it on NamePros? Also, if someone is offering cash for something, then why would the seller prefer NP $? Maybe I am off-based on this, but what were you thinking of using this for?

I think the "Earlier" suggested idea of -RJ- allowing members to post items/products for sale in a special section of the NP$ store would be easier and more secure.

Even though NamePros is a bit spread out in Categories , It is still a bit of a specialized Area of the web - Would you expect Everyone wanting to purchase items from you to join NP ? or Just an extra payment method ?

well seeing that im going to be opening a php script site, i wanted to offer NP members a special, cheaper way to buy my scripts. And i dont want to have to post those scripts on the forums to sell them. I mean programming this feature to work for vb wouldnt be hard, and i wouldnt even mind doing it. And a lot of people sell "hosting" on here for np$, and it would REALLY easy to keep track of everything.

And for the security part, it wouldnt be too hard to do this... the staff could accept the sites that it is used on and what not, and given access to a certian part of the site (HTTP Authentication) and there will be multiple functions in the directory like, refund.php (gives a user a refund if needed), payment.php (recieve the money) Of course this only accessed through the php, so the user wouldnt ever see the directory.
