I wouldnt have risked regging those, although burjalarab.com is a minisite as well, the guys in UAE have not much clue about domaining yet. At least many companies doesnt. So you might be lucky, on the other hand Bawadi is a quite new project, which changes every day, imho its a disguasting imitation park for adults, but things can change anytime. Also if this hotel gets built, it will be many years that you see some revenue..
