GetupGoogle.com: Reg fee and TM issue. Even if there wasn't a TM issue there is still next to no value in the domain. When you talk about "getting up" Google, you generally use the term "rank" or "position".

Sk8tv.net: Again, reg fee. Broken down I assume this means Sk8 TV? My advice to you, unless you are creating some sort of brand and the term has some phonetic appeal, avoid text speak. The .NET only devalues the name further.
