90nm gives over 3M hits on Google. I think it could be used for a
site about modern processors (or a online store for such).

I know that domains generally suffer from starting with numbers,
but I think this one doesn't. The extension isn't the best though....

I bought this for 4$ (just 3 days left on it), do you think it was worth it?

I wouldn't renew it. There are still a lot of 4 letter/numbers in the wild and since this one doesn't really have anything special about it I wouldn't renew it. You would be wasting your time trying to sell it and make a profit in my opinion, yes, you maybe able to make profit but it will take more time than it's work. IMO

Well there is something special with it:
The 90nm process technology used for modern processors like Athlon64.

I might be doing something stupid here, but I still think of renewing it
Point taken though.

Any other ideas?
