Random all-premium-letter LLL.in (abcdefghilmnoprst) -- $18-$25 (example PSA).
Standard dictionary -- highly variable. Expectation tends to be about $90, but particularly good generic may reach $1000+ (example: BUY; note: I believe that all LLL.in dictionary have been taken since September 2005)

Sales are low volume at this point. All premium LLL.in get grabbed as they drop -- at least that has been the trend since the buyout.
