I've sent private message to the seller whether the domain name can be transferred out of current registrar or not because i don't know Chinese, haven't replied yet even if he bumped his thread.

My bid won't be applicable unless transfer is allowed.

@dawnvi - As outlined in the rules you are required to include a domain registrar. Please update your thread.

@cyc - As outlined in the rules buyers are responsible for doing their own due diligence prior to placing a bid. Additionally, all bids are binding purchase agreements.
