I have 8 fully coded PHProxy Themes available, these designs come with the psd for the logo so that you can edit it and use each template on as many sites at you would like.
You don't get resale rights to the templates but if you turn them into proxy sites (domain+template) then by all means sell them.
Also if anyone that views this thread runs a free PHProxy Theme website and is interested in partnering to sell these templates on there site, drop me a line as I am very interested in setting up a few deals.
