Don't worry, I'm not listing 50 domains for you to appraise; I have the name:
50domains.com

It's an expired name. All other even numbers (in 10's) taken except 60 and 80. Same with others like 25, 75, and double numbers like 22, 33, etc. Even a lot of non-even numbers are taken between 1 and 100; I thought 50 was great, being the exact half of 100 and it stands for a whole bunch of things.

Plus, it looks real purty.

Any comments?

Long time since I appraised so I may be rusten, but you know what they say about falling and horses. :)

I use following tools:
1. namepros.com ofcourse!
2. whois.sc
3. Google Keyword tool
4. Google search
5. google.com/trends
6. tool.seobook.com
7. archive.org
8. estibot.com
9. smartpagerank.com
10. namebio.com

I use the tools above to answer following questions:
1. what extension is it?
2. does it have hyphen or numbers in it?
3. what is the lenght?
4. are other extensions taken?
4b. if yes are the other extensions developed or parked.
5. are similar domain names available, developed or parked?
6. what has similar domain names been sold for?
7. is the domain name brandable, product related / keyword rich?
7b. if it is keyword rich, what does the statistics say?
8. is the domain name easy to remember?
9. is the domain name easy to spell?
10. is the domain name easy to type?
11. is the domain name easy to pronounce?
12. what was my first thoughts when I saw the domain name?

Just a little note... I am NOT appraising what it would be worth IF it was developed . I am appraising what it is worth now undeveloped! igotamonkeyinmypants.com has the potential to be worth alot if it was developed. :)

Now to the appraise. :)

1. .com
2. no hyphens but two numbers
3. 9 characters
4. no other extensions are taken
5. Many other similar domain names available and those domain names that are registered is either parked or redirect to a registrar site.
Similar available domain names: 02domains.com ; 03domains.com ; 04domains.com ; 05domains.com ; 07domains.com ; 08domains.com ; 09domains.com ; 16domains.com ; 22domains.com ; 28domains.com ; 29domains.com ; 31domains.com ; 37domains.com ; 41domains.com ; 42domains.com ; 44domains.com ; 46domains.com ; 48domains.com ; 52domains.com ; 53domains.com ; 54domains.com ; 56domains.com ; 57domains.com ; 59domains.com ; 60domains.com ; 61domains.com ; 62domains.com ; 63domains.com ; 64domains.com ; 65domains.com ; 67domains.com ; 68domains.com ; 71domains.com ; 72domains.com ; 73domains.com ; 74domains.com ; 80domains.com ; 81domains.com ; 82domains.com ; 83domains.com ; 84domains.com ; 86domains.com ; 87domains.com ; 91domains.com ; 92domains.com ; 93domains.com ; 94domains.com ; 96domains.com
6. no similar domain names sold (at least its not been reported to namebio.com)
7. it is brandable and product related, but not keyword rich.
8. it is easy to remember.
9. it is easy to spell.
10 it is easy to type.
11. it is easy to pronounce.
12. My first thought was "why not 51domains.com or 31domains.com?"

The main thing that affects the appraise in this case, was all the similar domain names available. This domain name had not anything special, one could instead of buy this one, reg. one of the other available domain names.

Sorry but my appraisal will be: Reg. fee.

Random numbers before 'domains' aren't that attractive; even numbers, especially in 10's, are great for lists and look good. Nice reseller site names, info sites, blogs, even registrars. There must be some value, since so many of them are snapped up; to look at your list, I didn't realize even that many were taken. The ones with 0 in front don't count, no one would like those, but all the single digit ones are taken... about 2/3 of the numbers between 1 - 100 are taken! And I'd rather have 50 - nice even number, half of 100, 50% etc, than, say, a random '82' or '37' or some such.

That was my reasoning behind grabbing it. As long as I can flip it for a little more than reg fee, it's all good :)

Thx for comments; everyone else feel this is reg fee or anyone like it?
