i am interested in making more from the domains i've got. However, i have literally no web-development skill thus i need someone good at it to supplement it.

I have the following domains that could possibly be developed.

www.lovecafe.net
www.hotfm.net
www.webaholic.net
www.my123.com
www.surg.net
www.bien.biz

Looking to develop any of the above to some revenue generating sites. All revenues generated will be shared at a 50-50 basis. If the name is happen to be sold then we can discuss how should the sale be split.

Basically, i am looking to learn out to build a website as well so patience is also required.
