There are currently 79 users, and 417 images uploaded. Only place I am currently advertising at is Proboards, which is for 20000 impressions in 7 days. I am gaining about 5 users a day from them. VB is not included.

The site has only been up for a month, and is growing at a pretty good pace, so the site has good potencial.

After completion of auction, and payment being received I will give you the name and pass to my cpanel, because Im not to smart with all the script stuff, I have to pay others to do it.

2 days of downtime of the host, my freaking host ran out of space, and it wasnt repaired for those 2 days because Im not the one in charge of the upgrading, my partner is, so it really hurt my site.

its hard to find a host that can support image hosting without having to make you pay extra for a dedicated server... don't host with hostgator resellers accounts if you have an image hosting website... they ARE NOT prepared at all for the load...even though you havent used your alotted bandwidth... they should really just not say they can give you that much bandwidth if they can't afford it.. i wonder if this is grounds to sue... anyways good luck with the site... whoever buys this please keep in mind that you may need a dedicated server to withstand the amount of traffic & bandwidth an image hosting website uses.

I dont understand how I can be blamed for host problems, that is out of my hands. Site appears to be up now, and this sale has already set me back a good amount of money, I have worked with you as much as possible, to the point Im down 70 on the sale. Im sorry if your dissapointed with the host, but how can I be held responsible for the downtime? My computer has been down for days, and Im pretty pissed, hardrive crashed, and everything lost.

You were apart of the hosting company and I was relying on you for the uptime as you said their was a month left on the hosting. You have just sent me a PM saying the other guy which was apart of the hosting company with you just left and screwed you over. How is that my fault? The 1 month of hosting was apart of the deal we made and that is why your liable for it.

You also agreed if the traffic dropped really low you'd give a complete refund, as to your sale it was 400 uniques daily, but then we found out it was only 50 uniques daily. Now it's barly anything so therefore I qualify for the refund.

I am working hard around the clock grabbing old files and trying to get this website back online. I am still trying to get it to work however all of my advertising/promotion is down the drain as who wants to use an image hosting service that has been down about 7 days so far in the past month. I have had numerous complaints from others because of this and I am not soo happy myself.

I changed DNS to my host a few hours ago and setup the files that I had however its still not working functionally as we are missing a lot of files from new members and I think 80 members are gone .. also we are missing mysql databases that you claimed to be trying to find.

Overall, this is a complete mess and I want out.. if you have time to talk about this we can get it sorted out.
