I think it will be tough to find an end-user for this because 401k loans can only be made by the investment provider who already handles the 401k plan. The participant can't shop around for different 401k loans. However, you could make an educational site on 401k loans and why they are so bad.

I'd be interested to see how much type in traffic you get. I'd say the name is worth $xx as I have some difficulty seeing an end-user market for it. Best of luck with it!
