I don't own any 3D domains, so I am no expert.
But, I have a habit of looking @ domains from the perspective of someone sitting down and opening Bing to get something accomplished.
I cannot imagine people searching for the phrases that constitute your domains.
They aren't generic keyword domains and they aren't brandable.
Your best bet is to sell them to a new domainer who thinks any domain with "3D" in it has value.
Take any amount you can get. $10 is better than zero.

I don't think they have much value. 3D printers and 3D TV is too distinctly different things. I will eat my hat if someone can make a 3D printer that will print one of those flexible OLED screens - you will be laughing all the way to the bank... and I would be poor having purchased one to create my own screens haha

I think 3Dprinterlocations.com would have been better. I am not sure if anyone is actively renting on-site 3D printers although you can probably upload a design and get someone to post the finished product to you... which isn't the same.

Iconic has sound advice. If you can get a little above what you paid to register them for you wont be doing too badly.
