These are a few designs that have done really well. I was considering keeping them because of the content and google ads that averaged $2.00 a click on some. They are completely optimized and search engine submitted.
1. Insurancetouch.com A good name on this is a PPC search site run with Revenue pilot. All insurance content with google ads on all pages to match. It has 13 internal pages that will index nice.

2. Mrtgloans.com Another good domain name on a site basically same as above except all loan content on this one. Another site like this I sold recently averaged $2.00 a click with google ads.

3. Cajuntime.com A nice recipe site with all Cajun Recipes. about 300 Recipes installed and ready to go.
