First off, let me take a moment to stress this since I've noticed many around here seem to be too quick to post and/or names that don't fit: MUST BE 3-LETTER, MUST BE .COM!
Okay...budget is like $4k, maybe up to $5k, and I'm only going to buy one. Please don't assume that I'll pay that much for just any 3-letter...I may pay that much or I may pay less depending on how good I think the name fits what I'm looking for. I'm not buying just any 3-letter .com...I have in mind a site I want to make, and not every 3-letter domain can offer an acronym I can use for the site. Speaking of which, I can't think any that would involve a repeating character (ttr, uup, etc.), so don't bother offering those. I would prefer PMs for this. Thanks!
