Well, unless Tokyo has moved, it makes no sense and no resller or enduser would want tokyojapan with the .co.uk extension.
Always check before you register in other tld's.

21st.me makes again no sense.

Basically you lost money on registering these.
Unless your registrar has a grace period and you can get your money back.

Very unlikely in my opinion someone is going to choose tokyojapan.co.uk for a tourism site

The other 21st.me, yes could be but no, the .me doesn't look a good option for that, people will want a .com preferably for that purpose
