You may do better directly contacting media outlets and networks (TV, cable, newspaper, radio, magazine, etc). Not a single TV channel or magazine, but a network. Larger the better.

In the past, domains with 'Olympic' in it were aggressively hunted down by the International Olympic Committee, which holds a trademark on the term.

Unfortunately, any development will probably get you noticed and prioritized for a UDRP process.

Seems you should be able to sell quickly because you are offerring at very reasonable price- no one could accuse you of "squatting" here. I would *quickly* send out some cover emails to prospects and would imagine a quick $50 could be yours.
