I'm not a big fan of .info domains. Additionally, they are not my strongest extensions to appraise. But I would expect both those domains to bring low to mid xx just for the name. If you developed an informational site on the new updates, I would suspect you could break into the xxx region. I would love to hear what others have to say on it.

While I personally feel .info can be a worthwhile and valuable investment, I agree with your assessment and valuation of these domains.
