www.S4L.net maybe 20-40% above the other, maybe more depending on your approach.

Consider this:
Art is generally valued in my opinion as 90% story and 10% actual art.
An expensive painting is only expensive because it's owner wants it's story / history or stature.
Apply this to domain names and purely registering them and asking values delivers poor results as it lacks a history or certain hype for ownership.
Add this and you create it's true worth.
