Unfortunately I think both names are reg fee only. What makes 1Dissertation.com better than 2Dissertation.com or 3Dissertation.com (both are available and I assume all the alternate number versions are as well)? How would someone make money with this domain?

123 Search" is not a bad phrase but the .me extension takes away most of the value. I would get a refund for both if possible.

There is a lot of great info on this site and if you take the time to absorb it you will definitely make better domain decisions

P.S. - If I you register a domain like 1Dissertation.com in the future you also want to register OneDissertation.com to catch the traffic that spells it wrong.
